Lactose-Free Caramel Frappuccino, a version of the popular Starbucks frappuccino, adapted for those with lactose intolerance or who prefer to avoid dairy products.
Perfect for a sweet break or a summer breakfast, it is very easy to prepare and takes very little time to make.
By not containing cow’s milk, this drink is also naturally gluten-free and vegan.
This drink is characterized by a blend of coffee, ice, caramel syrup, and a lactose-free base, which can be soy milk – as in this case – almond, oat, or even coconut.
This recipe is naturally customizable, and you can adapt it to your tastes in various ways: adjusting the sweetness by adding more or less caramel syrup, using less coffee or replacing it with more plant-based milk, or even enriching the frappuccino with a pinch of cinnamon, cocoa powder, or vanilla extract.
In summary, the Lactose-Free Caramel Frappuccino is a delicious option for those who want to enjoy a dairy-free frappuccino, with the possibility of personalizing it in many ways to suit every preference.

Lactose-Free Caramel Frappuccino Recipe
Start the preparation of the lactose-free caramel frappuccino by making the coffee.
I opted for the American and let it cool until it was lukewarm.
If you prefer Moka coffee, use half the amount and dilute it with an equal amount of water.
Once it reaches room temperature, place the coffee in the blender jar.
Add the ice as well.Continue with the soy beverage and a couple of tablespoons of caramel sauce.
Blend everything for a couple of minutes or until the ice is crushed.Take the glasses in which you will serve the frappuccino and “stain” them with caramel sauce.
Pour the frappuccino and finish the preparation with a little more caramel sauce.
If you prefer, you can also add more ice.
Place the straws in the glasses and serve your lactose-free caramel frappuccino immediately!

If you use soy milk, no, it froths cold while you blend the ice.
