Quick Chocolate Pudding with Bimby

Ingredients

  • 2.1 oz sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.2 oz cornstarch
  • 1.7 cups whole milk
  • 1 oz butter
  • as needed unsweetened cocoa powder (for decoration)

  • Plastic wrap

Steps

  • Put the milk, sugar, unsweetened cocoa, cornstarch, and butter into the bowl and cook for 7 minutes at 194°F at speed 4.

  • Pour the mixture into 4 pudding molds and cover with plastic wrap.

  • Let cool slightly, then refrigerate to set for at least 4 hours.

  • Unmold and dust our puddings with unsweetened cocoa powder.
