Ingredients for the Blueberry Tiramisu:
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz mascarpone
- 3 1/2 oz ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup milk
- Half lemon juice
Steps
The preparation of the blueberry tiramisu is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a pot, place the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and cook for about 10 min. Set aside some of the juice released because we will need it for soaking. Once the juice is cold, add the milk
mix. In a bowl, place the cream, mascarpone and whip. Add the cooled blueberry mixture and mix. Dip the ladyfingers and place one in each glass (I chose to make individual servings but if you want you can use a baking dish and make one large).
Add a layer of cream using a pastry bag, then another ladyfinger in each and a little more cream on top. Decorate as you like!
Enjoy your meal!
