Ricotta Cake in Air Fryer
A delicious cake made with ricotta and chocolate chips in an air fryer. In no time and with a few ingredients that we all have at home, I prepared a simple and delicious dessert perfect for a snack, breakfast, or dessert after a meal! I chose to bake it in the air fryer, but if you don’t have one, you can also use an oven and any type of pan (round, square, oval, etc.).

Ingredients for the Ricotta Cake in Air Fryer:
- 12 oz ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 5 oz Greek yogurt
- vanilla
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- lemon flavoring
- lemon zest

In a bowl, combine the well-drained ricotta, sugar, eggs, yogurt, vanilla, lemon flavoring, and zest, and mix.
Add the potato starch and chocolate chips, then mix well. Place the mixture in the air fryer with parchment paper inside. Spread thoroughly
cook at 330°F for about 40 minutes.
