Tips and Variations
If you don’t have spelt flour, you can use 220 g of all-purpose flour (in total).
You can omit the almonds, or replace them with hazelnuts or pine nuts.
Various types of apples are suitable, preferably with firm pulp, so the slices won’t break apart when cooked.
You can omit the cinnamon if you don’t like it.
