Ingredients
- 6 cubes spinach, frozen
- 5.3 oz mascarpone
- 2.8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste salt

Steps
Cook the frozen spinach for a few minutes in a pot with very little water.
Once cooked, drain them and let them cool.
Squeeze the cooled spinach and blend them finely.
Add the mascarpone, grated Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt, and blend for about 20/30 seconds until you get a cream.
Transfer the spinach spreadable cream to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
