How many times do we find ourselves on the couch in the evening eating junk bought at the supermarket?! Well, instead of buying things full of additives, colorings, preservatives, etc., make your own snack with simple and healthy ingredients. Today I made these very crispy chips, cooked in the air fryer and seasoned with rosemary, salt, olive oil, pepper, and pecorino cheese! I’ll just say that until they’re gone, we can’t stop🙈! For a vegan version or for intolerances, you can omit the pecorino!

Ingredients for Air Fryer Potato Chips:

  • potatoes
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • pecorino (Grated)

Steps

The preparation of Air Fryer Potato Chips is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • First, we clean, wash, and cut the potatoes. Add cold water, a bit of salt, a few ice cubes, and wait about 30 minutes.

  • Then, remove the ice cubes and drain the water. Dry with paper towels. Add a bit of salt,

  • Add some olive oil, rosemary, and mix well. Arrange them in the air fryer basket with parchment paper inside.

  • They should not be piled on top of one another; make multiple batches if necessary. Cook at 392°F for about 10/12 minutes.

    Once ready, you can enjoy them as is or add a bit of pepper

  • and a bit of grated pecorino cheese!
