The Overnight Blueberry Porridge is a delicious and tasty idea perfect for a healthy and light breakfast or snack, easy to prepare gluten-free and without refined sugars. After the peach version and the cherry one, here’s a new variant of cold porridge topped with lots of juicy blueberries. The base is always the same: milk, oats, and chia seeds that we let rest in the fridge overnight. The next day, just complete with yogurt and blueberry sauce, also prepared the day before, and our breakfast is ready!

The recipe is very simple: We make a quick compote with blueberries, sweetener, lemon juice, and a little water. We prepare the porridge by mixing oats, milk, chia seeds, and agave syrup. Let it rest overnight in the fridge, and the next morning add Greek yogurt with blueberries or plain and the well-chilled blueberry sauce.
