The air fryer chicken is a very easy and quick recipe, and the chicken cooked in this way is much more digestible compared to classic oven-baked chicken. To season it, I used a mix of aromatic herbs, thyme, rosemary, sage, and marjoram, trying to balance the flavors. I also added some grated lemon zest, which I think gives it freshness. A 4.7L air fryer was used for this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/2 chicken
- 1 sprig thyme
- 2 sprigs marjoram
- 1 leaf sage
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lemon

Steps
Finely chop the aromatic herbs with a knife, removing the central stem.
Combine them in a small bowl and add the grated lemon zest, oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and spread the sauce over the chicken.
Massage well and transfer to the air fryer.
Cook at 356°F.
After 25 minutes, turn the chicken.
Continue until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
