Strawberry Dove Truffles
If you find yourself with leftover dove cake or are searching for a last-minute dessert that doesn’t require baking or resting time, I suggest trying these truffles. Very simple and quick to prepare, and great to enjoy any time of the day! I’ve chosen strawberry because it’s in season and I personally like it a lot, but you can use any other type of fruit if you like!

Ingredients for Strawberry Dove Truffles:
- 1.1 lbs dove cake
- 5.3 oz mascarpone
- 3 tbsps strawberry jam
- 1.1 oz grated coconut
Steps
The preparation of strawberry dove truffles is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, we put the crumbled dove cake, the jam, the mascarpone, and mix. Add the coconut and mix well. Take some mixture with your hands and form balls.
We roll them in crumbled cookies (preferably strawberry or red ones) or we can roll them in grated coconut. Place the finished truffles in paper cups!
