  • In a large bowl, slightly beat the eggs with the sugar using a hand whisk or a spoon, add all the ingredients and finally the sifted flour and baking powder. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and with the help of two spoons, form mounds as large as you like but well spaced apart and bake at 356°F for about 15/20 minutes.
