Notes and Tips
You can replace hazelnuts with almonds or pine nuts, or omit the nuts altogether.
Try to use ripe kiwi, but still firm and consistent, otherwise they will release too much moisture. Both classic green and yellow kiwis are fine.
The cake keeps well for a couple of days, in a cool place.
