Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 apple
  • ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pine nuts

Tools

  • 1 Grater

Steps

  • Rinse the oats in a sieve under running water.

    Pour them into a pot and add almond milk or a plant-based drink of your choice, or water.

    Grate the apple after peeling and coring it.

    Add it to the oats and cook for 20 minutes, adding more liquid if necessary.

    The mixture should remain soft and creamy.

    Add the egg whites and a pinch of cinnamon 5 minutes before removing from heat.

    Pour into a bowl.

    Decorate with pine nuts and a pinch of cinnamon.

    Serve warm or cold.
