Raffaello Dove Cake

Ingredients for Raffaello Dove Cake:
750 g mold
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1 packet baking powder
- almond flavor
- vanilla
- 3 1/2 oz white chocolate
Steps

In a bowl, we put the eggs, sugar and whisk with an electric mixer. Add the oil, milk, flour, almond flavor,
Add the baking powder, vanilla and mix. Finally, add the grated coconut and mix. Transfer the mixture obtained into the 750 g dove mold
Bake at 350°F for about 40/50 minutes.
Once cooked and well cooled, cover it with white chocolate and some coconut.
