Notes and Tips
The potatoes must be very thin and even slices or they won’t cook properly. If you want to cut them thicker, I suggest boiling them for a few minutes before putting them in the pan.
You can replace smoked salmon with natural salmon, always sliced.
You can use béchamel instead of cream, in the same quantity.
You can flavor with thyme, marjoram, oregano, or other herbs to taste. In my case, I used an herb-flavored salt directly.
