Butter Shrimp
A delicious recipe perfect for your Easter menu or for Good Friday since meat is not eaten. I think I’ve made shrimp in every way, but these with butter have surprised me! Very simple and quick to prepare and great to bring to the table on festive days and beyond.

- shrimp
- butter
- onion
- garlic
- salt
- parsley
- white wine
- black pepper

In a pan, put some butter, onion, garlic, and sauté. Add the cleaned shrimp.
cook for a few minutes. Add salt, pepper, and other spices to taste. Deglaze with a little white wine and allow to evaporate.
Finally, add the chopped parsley.
