Chicken Roll with Bacon and Peppers
A savory roll perfect to bring to the table as a main course during the Easter period and beyond. I chose to make this roll with chicken breast and fill it with peppers, cooked ham, scamorza cheese and then wrapped it in bacon slices, a true delight.

- 1 chicken breast
- salt
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 3.5 oz cheese (Melty)
- 3.5 oz bacon
- bell peppers

The preparation of the Chicken Roll with Bacon and Peppers is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, debone the chicken breast and cut it into slices. Pound them with a meat tenderizer then arrange them slightly overlapping on cling film.
Put some salt on top, the slices of cooked ham, grated cheese, bell peppers and roll it up.
Line up the bacon and place the roll in the center, close the ends well
then wrap it in the bacon. Cook at 350°F for 40/50 min.
