Ricotta Dove Cake without Yeast

Ingredients for Ricotta Dove Cake without Yeast:
(1 kg mold)
- 9 oz ricotta
- 2 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 2 1/4 cups Greek yogurt
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup candied fruits (To taste and raisins)
- vanilla
- almond flavor
Steps

First, we put the eggs and sugar and whip them. Add the ricotta, yogurt, vanilla, almond flavor, and mix.
Finally, add the flour and blend. Add candied fruits to taste and raisins. Put the mixture in the 1 kg dove mold. Add some almonds on top.
Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour!
