- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients for the snacks
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- as needed Nutella®
- as needed powdered sugar
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate (or Nutella for the final decoration)
Tools
- 1 Stand Mixer
- 1 Baking Tray
- Parchment Paper
Steps
Preheat the oven to 338°F, in static mode.
First, put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a fork. If you want, you can also use the stand mixer, but just long enough to mix everything.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, pour the mixture and level it well.
Once cold, cut it with a knife: I got 12 rectangular pieces (so 6 pairs). Choose the shape you prefer. If you like, you can also use a round cookie cutter.
Warm the Nutella in the microwave for a few minutes, put it in a piping bag and fill 6 rectangles.
Assemble the snacks, pairing two rectangles and decorate the top with melted hazelnut cream (or dark chocolate). Dust with powdered sugar.
Here are the Nutella Snacks ready. Enjoy your meal!
Until the next recipe.
Storage
You can store the Nutella Snacks at room temperature for 2 – 3 days, in an airtight container.
