The ugly but good cookies are easy and quick to prepare. A few ingredients make these unappealing cookies but so tasty, delicious, fragrant, and gluten-free, you won’t be able to resist them. In fact, one leads to another, and I recommend doubling the recipe because they won’t last long.
The secret for their success is that the egg whites need to be at room temperature, sugar should be added gradually to the meringue, and the cookie shape should not be perfect, rather irregular. So, it can’t get any better than this! They are a must-try; let’s prepare them together!
