Ingredients for cream and chocolate viennetta:
- 5.6 oz dark chocolate
- 5.3 oz condensed milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 5.3 oz milk chocolate
- 1 cup fresh whipping cream
Steps
For the preparation of the cream and chocolate viennetta watch the video HERE.
First, take a sheet of parchment paper and use a pencil to draw three outlines of the mold you will use. In the meantime, melt the chocolate and spread a thin layer over each outline (we need to divide it into 4 parts).
Place the outlines in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes to harden the chocolate. Put a thin layer of chocolate (the remaining one) on the bottom of the mold lined with plastic wrap or use a silicone mold.
Put it in the fridge for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.
Cream preparation:
Put the condensed milk and cream together and whip.
Ingredients for chocolate mousse:
Pour half of the hot cream over the chocolate and mix to melt it. Once completely melted, mix it for a few seconds.
Add the remaining very cold cream and whip. If it doesn’t whip well, place the container in the fridge for a few minutes.
Assembly:
Place about half of the cream over the chocolate
level it. Add a chocolate outline, the remaining cream, and level it. Add another chocolate outline,
Add a layer of chocolate mousse (about half), another chocolate outline, then cover with the remaining cream. Freeze for a few hours and then decorate as desired.
enjoy your meal!
