Soft Tart with Mandarins
One of the simplest and quickest cakes in my opinion. If I need to make a simple yet impactful and scenic cake, I choose this tart base and then unleash my creativity 😁. This time I chose mandarin flavor because I made Mandarin Marmalade, and so I wanted to try it in a dessert by pairing it with mascarpone and yogurt. And since Easter is approaching, I also put chocolate eggs on top, so you can include it in your Easter menu.

Steps
The preparation of the soft tart with mandarins is very simple, watch the video HERE.
Base preparation:
In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar with electric beaters. Add the oil, milk, and combine. Gradually add the sifted flour and mix.
Also, add the sifted baking powder and mix well. Brush the smart mold (the one with the double bottom) with oil, flour it, and add the mixture. Tap lightly to release any air bubbles and bake for about 20/25 min at 356°F. Once ready, let it cool well, then flip it over and remove the mold.
Cream preparation:
In a bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, yogurt, marmalade, and combine. Add a bit of vanilla flavor.
Spread the obtained cream over the base using a piping bag. Top with mandarin slices and garnish as desired.
Enjoy your meal!
