Baked Sheep Rib
A typical recipe to include in your Easter menu as a main dish! Very simple to prepare and with a single cooking, you can make both the main dish and the side together. On Easter, as we know, the ring or the sheep must be on the table, so if you don’t know what to prepare, I recommend this rib.

Ingredients for the Baked Sheep Rib:
- Sheep rib slice
- potatoes
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic
- rosemary
- wine

Clean the rib, then make cuts (my rib was rubbed with some spices a day before to reduce the smell). Place it in the baking pan with parchment paper and add the potatoes around it. Add a bit of salt, garlic,
Add some oil, rosemary, and wine. Cook at 350°F for about one hour!
Halfway through the cooking, turn it!
