Meat Roll with Sausages
A delicious savory roll to bring to our tables made with sausages, steaks, and cooked ham. A simple recipe that we can prepare in advance and cook when needed. This roll is perfect as an appetizer, aperitif, or as a main course accompanied by a side of vegetables! I usually always add cheese when making rolls because I like it and it helps to bind, but in this one, I didn’t include it to make it suitable for those who are lactose intolerant!

- pork steaks
- sausages
- cooked ham
- salt
- garlic powder
- paprika
Steps

First, take the steaks and pound them to spread them as much as possible. Arrange them slightly overlapping. Add salt and spices to taste. Place the slices of cooked ham on top,
Place the whole sausages (or you can open and spread them) and roll up. Bake at 350°F for about 30-40 minutes.
