The Flavored Water with Peach and Blueberries is definitely a way to drink plenty of water during the hottest periods of the year. For this recipe, I used plain tap water because living in Rome allows me to enjoy great-tasting water. If you can’t use your city’s tap water, use a bottled one but not carbonated. You can use any fruit you like, even combined with vegetables to create your own water, customized to your tastes. It’s especially suitable for people who drink little, because enriched in this way, it really makes you want to drink it all in one go.

At this point, place the peach pieces in a large pitcher, add the ginger, turmeric, mint leaves, blueberries, and finally the lemon slices.

If the pitcher is not equipped with an airtight lid, cover it with plastic wrap.
Serve our Flavored Water with Peach and Blueberries in large glasses, so you can drink as much as you like.
Tips and Storage
Flavored water can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than two days, as the fruit would lose its consistency.
Personally, on the hottest days, I make plenty every day, always alternating different types of fruit.
Do not add sugar to your water, as you would not taste the delightful flavor of the ingredients, and it would no longer be as refreshing and thirst-quenching.
