Liver Pâté
Have you ever tried making liver pâté at home? I’ll be honest, I used to buy it, but after reading the ingredients, I lost my appetite. So, instead of skipping it, I started making it myself to be sure of what’s inside. The pâté is perfect to enjoy on fresh bread or even better, a little toasted!

Ingredients for the Liver Pâté:
- 1.1 lbs Liver
- 7 tbsp butter
- 3.4 tbsp white wine
- 1 carrot
- 2 onions
- garlic
- salt
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
Steps
The preparation of the liver pâté is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a pan, place about 1.5 tbsp of butter, a bit of oil, the liver, and let it sauté. Add the chopped onions and carrot and cook for about 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally. Add a bit of wine and continue cooking. Finally, add the parsley, salt, and the remaining butter
blend with an immersion blender.
