Dough preparation:
Add the flour, sugar, yeast, yogurt, and egg
start kneading. Add the oil, vanilla, and milk little by little.
Knead for about 10 minutes. Once ready, cover it and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
Filling preparation:
Add the ricotta, sugar, yogurt, lemon zest,
vanilla, the eggs, and mix.
Assembly:
After about an hour, divide the dough in half.
Roll out the first piece and place about half of the filling on top. Roll it up, seal the ends
then roll it again to form the swirl. Place it in the center of the mold. Roll out another piece of dough and do the same. Place it in the mold to complete the swirl.
Finally, do the same with the last piece of dough. Arrange the swirl nicely in the mold and pour the remaining cream on top. Cover and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
After about 30 minutes, brush it with milk and bake at 356°F for about 50 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
