Notes and Tips
Cooking times may vary depending on the size of the tenderloin, the air fryer model, and whether you prefer the meat more or less cooked. For a tenderloin of 500-600 g (about 1-1.3 lbs), 14-15 minutes are sufficient. If you prefer the meat less pink, you can slightly extend the time, but keep in mind that well-cooked tenderloin may become “dry,” as it is a lean cut.
If you don’t have new potatoes, peel them before seasoning and cooking.
If you don’t like spicy flavors, you can season the tenderloin with just salt, pepper, and herbs (thyme, sage, rosemary, etc.).
