  • 2 white peaches
  • 5.3 oz feta
  • lemon juice (from half)
  • 1 sprig basil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Cucumber and Peach Salad Recipe

  • Start preparing the cucumber and peach salad by washing the cucumber and cutting off the ends.
    If you prefer, you can peel it.
    Cut the cucumber into small cubes.

  • Do the same with the peaches.
    The variety I used has smooth skin, so I left it on.
    If you prefer, peel it before cutting.

  • Transfer the cucumber and peach cubes to a bowl.
    Wash the basil and dry it well.
    Shred the leaves with your hands and add them to the cucumbers and peaches.

  • Dress the salad with salt, black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil.
    Mix well with two spoons or with the appropriate salad servers.

  • Separately crumble the Greek feta with your hands or cut it into cubes.

  • Add the feta to the rest of the salad and mix well to distribute it evenly.
