Ingredients
- 7 oz smoked salmon (wild)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 yellow peaches
- 3 1/2 cups lamb's lettuce
- 1 lemon
- salt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds

- 1 Bowl
Steps
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
Peel the cucumber and slice it.
Peel the peaches and dice them.
Thinly slice the bell pepper and cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Combine everything in a bowl and add the juice and grated zest of the lemon.
Add salt and pour in the oil.
Mix well.
Place the lamb’s lettuce on two plates.
Add the fruit and vegetable salad and the salmon.
Sprinkle the hemp seeds and serve.
Tips
You can use baby lettuce or arugula instead of lamb’s lettuce.
