Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 1.75 oz grated coconut
- 2.75 oz sugar
- 1.75 oz milk chocolate 40%
Steps
Melt the chocolate with 1.5 tbsp of cream and set aside.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then add the sugar and beat again.
Whip the cream and add the egg whites, mix well gently, add the coconut and mix.
Sprinkle the inside of the cups with some coconut, pour the mixture, cover with chocolate and decorate with grated coconut.
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or in the freezer for a colder dessert.
