Healthy and Delicious Cottage Cheese Ice Cream Cheesecake!

The Cheesecake Ice Cream or cottage cheese ice cream is a delicious and soft dessert without an ice cream maker and without refined sugars, prepared with just 4 ingredients. After going viral on social media, we decided to try this high-protein dessert ourselves, and we have to say it won us over for several reasons. First of all, it’s incredibly simple to prepare because you just need to mix cottage cheese with blueberries or other types of fruit, and you can freeze the mix right away. It will take less than 5 minutes! Secondly, the flavor possibilities are endless because you can make it with blueberries as we suggest, but you can choose other fruits or flavors, with various suggestions at the end of our article. Thirdly, it’s much more than a dessert because you can enjoy it as ice cream without added sugars, making it much healthier for after lunch or dinner, or as a snack, and in the summer, it can even be a delightful idea for breakfast. And most importantly, it is truly delicious, and letting it freeze for just 4 hours will give it a soft and creamy consistency similar to classic ice cream made with cream or milk and sugar, but with far fewer calories.

To prepare it, simply gather all the ingredients except for the cookies in a blender and mix until you get a smooth cream. Pour it into an airtight container, add the crumbled cookies, and freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up the ice crystals.

Fresh, healthy, and delicious: only four ingredients, a few minutes of preparation, and our cheesecake ice cream is ready to be frozen. Just wait a few hours and you’re ready to enjoy it.
