Ingredients
- 8 fillets sea bass
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

- Air fryer
Steps
Let’s start by preparing the breading.
Put the white bread, parsley, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper in the chopper and blend until you get a sandy mixture.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If using the air fryer, make sure to use suitable parchment paper.
Place the sea bass fillets with the skin side down on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle a generous amount of breading on the fillets and drizzle with a bit of extra virgin olive oil. For this operation, I use a spray dispenser.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 347°F.
If using an air fryer, cook at 329°F for 20 minutes.
Our gratinated sea bass fillets are ready.
Serve immediately, garnishing the plates with thin slices of lemon and some fresh parsley.
You can accompany the dish with sides like baked potatoes or grilled vegetables.
