Ingredients
- 4 slices beef tenderloin
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt

Steps
Preheat the air fryer.
In a small bowl, add the mustard, thyme leaves, salt, and oil.
Mix well and use a brush to coat the slices of tenderloin on both sides.
Place the tenderloin in the basket and cook with the meat function or for 10 minutes at the highest temperature for rare cooking.
Halfway through, turn the meat over and continue.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Tips
Instead of Dijon mustard à l’ancienne, which is very strong, a milder mustard can be used.
