Avocado and yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or soy for vegans)
  • to taste lemon juice (or other citrus)
  • 1 clementines, fresh (or orange)
  • 2 walnuts
  • 1 tsp flax seeds (or chia, sunflower, poppy, sesame)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder (optional)

Optionally, you can add syrup (maple, agave, dates…) or honey for vegetarians.

  • Place the pulp of the ripe avocado and the yogurt on a plate. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the avocado to prevent it from oxidizing and losing its vibrant green color.
