Notes and Tips
With the same dressing, you can also make a nice rice salad.
If you are vegetarian, you can easily omit the cured meat. You can substitute feta with mozzarella.
Choose a sweet and good quality melon, in my case I used the Mantuan melon. For this preparation, it is preferable that it is not too ripe, otherwise, it may release a lot of liquid.
To make the presentation prettier, you can serve the cold pasta in the shell of half a melon.
