Raspberry, Coconut, and Chocolate Bon Bons are a great snack for both kids and adults all year round. It’s a very simple recipe that can be made in no time and requires no cooking skills. I make them with many types of fruit, especially those that can be easily handled when ripe. During the summer, they can become little ice creams with various shapes if placed in the freezer. The ingredients for these delicious treats are very few: raspberries, coconut, and white chocolate, so why not make them right away? If you have children, try making them with them – they will have a lot of fun, and even if they aren’t perfect, their goodness won’t change.

How to Make Raspberry, Coconut, and Chocolate Bon Bons
To prepare the Raspberry, Coconut, and Chocolate Bon Bons, organize your workspace with all the necessary tools and ingredients.
This kind of setup will make your work easier and faster.
Place the raspberries in a bowl and mash them with a fork into a pulp.
Add the shredded coconut and mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Take the mixture out of the refrigerator, form balls the size of a walnut, and set them aside on a flat plate.
Melt a whole bar of white chocolate in a small bowl over a double boiler initially.
Add more chocolate only if necessary.
Pour the melted chocolate into another small bowl, and dip the raspberry and coconut balls in one at a time.
Remove them with a fork and place them on another plate lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle them with more shredded coconut and let them set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve your Raspberry, Coconut, and Chocolate Bon Bons very cold, straight from the refrigerator, especially in the warmer months of the year.
Tips, Variations, and Storage
The bon bons keep very well in the refrigerator, but inside glass or ceramic containers with airtight lids.
You can also place them in the freezer to have a stash ready for the right moment.
If you don’t like raspberries, you can try with blueberries, strawberries, currants… basically with any fruit you like.
