Very simple to make, the brick with nutella and milk cream is a real treat, soft and creamy, definitely enveloping, perfect to serve after lunch or dinner.
Needless to say, it’s a very caloric dessert, if you’re on a diet, avoid making it because it’s irresistible!
The recipe for the brick with nutella is like all brick desserts, perfect for any occasion, even for birthday parties; it’s one of those delicious cold cakes with biscuits that you can prepare in no time.
The milk cream gives body to the whipped cream; it is also simple and quick to prepare, so I highly recommend it. Of course, you can use any spread you prefer, the one you usually use.

FAQ (Questions and Answers) BRICK with NUTELLA and MILK CREAM cold dessert
What is the brick with Nutella and milk cream?
It’s a cold layered dessert, usually consisting of biscuits (like petit or oro saiwa) alternated with milk cream and Nutella. It has a consistency similar to a semifreddo cake, without needing to bake in the oven.
Is it stored in the fridge or freezer?
It should be stored in the refrigerator, especially in summer. It is recommended to leave it in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours (or even overnight) to firm up well.
How long does it keep?
In the fridge, well covered, it keeps for about 3-4 days. It is not recommended to freeze it, as the milk cream may lose consistency once defrosted.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, it is very popular with children, but be careful with the ingredients: some children may be intolerant to milk or the hazelnuts contained in Nutella.
Can I customize it?
Absolutely yes! You can vary the biscuits, use white chocolate cream, add chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or a layer of whipped cream to make it even more indulgent.
