Light Pudding

The preparation of light pudding is very simple. It is a tasty and low-calorie dessert, satisfying, ideal for those who want to feel fit.
The light pudding is a very delicate and light recipe because I used Zymil lactose-free milk and liquid stevia sweetener. Also, it is allowed for those following the Dukan diet during the attack phase. Also, read the recipe for Oat Bran Pancakes, they are excellent and diet-friendly!
As a thickener, I used gelatin sheets which can be replaced by a couple of tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with all the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 0.35 oz sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 gelatin sheet

  • Pan – nonstick

Preparation

  • Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Mix the milk, sweetener, vanilla, and egg yolk in a saucepan and heat it.

    Continue to stir to prevent sticking, then turn off the heat before boiling and add the well-squeezed gelatin sheets, mixing well.

    Finally, pour the still warm mixture into molds and let them cool, then place them in the fridge.

    After a few hours, I will taste my delicious and light pudding! A tasty treat for those on a diet 🌈

Pudding Storage

Our light pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days, but surely being on a diet, we will consume it earlier, after all, it’s light!
