- 7 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- Half packet baking powder
- vanilla
- 10 oz Nutella® (Hazelnut spread)
- chopped hazelnuts
Steps
The preparation of the Mimosa Tart with Nutella is very simple, watch the video HERE.
Dough preparation:
We mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, butter, and eggs until we get a homogeneous dough. Once ready, we wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
After about 30 minutes, we roll out the dough, using some flour if necessary. We place it in the floured mold, arranging it well
we trim the excess dough. We make holes with a fork on the bottom and add the Nutella. With the remaining dough, we make small balls and place them on top.
We add some chopped hazelnuts and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes. Once baked and cooled, we remove it from the mold and decorate as desired.
Enjoy!
