Ingredients for Savory Cheese Swirls:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.21 oz fresh yeast
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup plain natural yogurt
- 1.1 lbs ricotta
- 2 eggs
- fresh green onions
- salt

Dough preparation:
We put the flour, yeast, egg, oil, half the yogurt, and start kneading. Add a little salt,
Add the remaining yogurt and knead for about 10 minutes. The dough is ready when it completely detaches from the sides. Transfer it to a container and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
Filling preparation:
We put the ricotta, eggs, and mix. Chop the green onion and add it. Salt.
After about an hour
After a few hours, take half the dough and roll it out. Put some filling on top (about half), spread and level it.
Roll it up and close. Cut the ends, then slice to the desired size. Place the obtained swirls in the pan upside down.
Brush them with egg yolk and milk, then bake at 356°F for about 30 minutes.
