I had wanted to make pistachio tiramisu for a long time, a delicious alternative to the classic tiramisu. The recipe I propose is very simple and quick; after all, in summer with the heat, a fresh and no-bake spoon dessert is perfect. The pistachio cream is homemade, but if you’re short on time, you can find it ready at the supermarket. So, I made glasses of pistachio tiramisu with ladyfingers soaked in milk, without coffee, perfect even for the little ones, and a filling without eggs, just mascarpone and pistachio cream enriched with chopped and slivers of dark chocolate. Ingredients for the Pistachio Tiramisu
I used 2 glasses with a diameter of 3.15 inches and a height of 2.36 inches.
- 6 ladyfingers
- 7 oz mascarpone
- 7 oz pistachio cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- to taste chopped pistachios
You will need for the Pistachio Tiramisu

Prepare the Pistachio Tiramisu
In a bowl, put the mascarpone and pistachio cream and mix well with a hand whisk.
Dip the ladyfingers in milk and arrange them in the glass, add a layer of cream, and repeat the step two more times. Finally, decorate the surface with chopped pistachios and dark chocolate shavings. The pistachio tiramisu is ready.
Storage
You can store the pistachio tiramisu in the fridge for a couple of days. Be sure to cover the glasses with plastic wrap. ☺️
