Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 1.5 cups frozen peas
  • 7 oz canned tuna in oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • A few leaves mint (fresh)

Steps

  • Cook the rice together with the frozen peas in a pot with salted water.

    Once cooked, drain and set aside.
