- 7 oz oat pasta
- 1 mango
- 5 oz cherry mozzarella balls
- 7 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Cook the oat pasta following the instructions on the package. Once ready, drain it and cool it under cold water.
