Notes and Tips
Adding cream or milk is optional, it only serves to make the soup a little creamier.
If you want the soup to be quite thick, don’t overdo it with the broth, just put enough to cover the vegetables. You can still adjust the thickness at the end by adding more liquid or boiling the soup for a few more minutes.
You can replace rosemary with chives, thyme, or parsley.
