Delicious Pumpkin Fritters
A fun recipe that is a great hit in my house 😊 every time I make them, they disappear in no time and I always hear “did you make so few?” 😁 The pumpkin fritters are very simple to prepare, with a few ingredients available to everyone and in just a few minutes you will have your delicious appetizer/snack, a ready-to-eat treat. I really enjoy fritters both in preparation and in type, they are very versatile and we can enrich them with what we have in the fridge or based on our taste, we can modify and play with the ingredients!

Ingredients for Delicious Pumpkin Fritters:
- 5 oz pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 5.3 oz yogurt
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- Half packet baking powder
- salt
Steps
The preparation of the delicious pumpkin fritters is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, clean and grate the pumpkin. Add the egg, yogurt, a bit of salt and mix. Add the Parmesan, flour, and baking powder
mix. Form the fritters directly in the pan with the hot oil by putting a bit of the mixture using two spoons. Cook them for a few minutes, then flip them, continue this way for a few more minutes. Once ready, drain them and place them on paper towels.
Continue this way until the mixture is finished.
