If you can’t find whole thighs, drumsticks or thigh fillets will work fine. Removing the skin will make the dish lighter and the meat will absorb the flavors better. However, you can leave the skin on if you prefer.
You can also cook the chicken thighs in an air fryer at 375°F for about 20-25 minutes.
You can enrich the breading with garlic powder or grated lemon zest.
