Roasted Pumpkin Steps
I really like the pumpkin prepared this way, so if you want to try it, first wash the pumpkin to remove all impurities, then cut it into thin slices, about 0.4 inches thick, trying to make them the same size.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, drizzle a little oil, and lay the pumpkin slices side by side on top.
Season with a sprinkle of garlic, a pinch of nutmeg, rosemary, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F and let it cook for about 30 minutes, adjusting according to your oven. In the last 5 minutes, you can also turn on the grill and place the baking sheet on top to brown the slices.
As soon as you take the roasted pumpkin baking sheet out, drizzle all the slices with extra virgin olive oil and serve them hot.
