You can store the pizza in the fridge for up to 2-3 days or even freeze it; just heat it in the oven or even in a pan.
We used a gluten-free dough made with rice flour and buckwheat flour, but you can use whichever dough you prefer or try one of our recipes, such as the no-knead pizza, a pizza dough with 24-hour fermentation, or the whole wheat pizza dough.
