Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on your air fryer model, I used this one. With the indicated amounts, you should be able to cook the struffoli in 3 batches, depending on the size of your air fryer’s basket. Do not fry too many at once, as they will expand due to the yeast.
You can add some colorful sprinkles while passing the struffoli in the pan so they stick better.
With the same dough, you can also fry the struffoli in the traditional way, with plenty of peanut oil.
